Tagaytay Epiphany

I went to Tagaytay over the weekend with my friends Ivy and Riza. We commuted to Sonya's Garden and then to Magallanes Square. It was a lovely weekend. Now they know how to go to Tagaytay by bus!
It was a cold night, at daming couples everywhere. It was saddening but at the same time, I'm kinda excited because I know the future has a surprise for me within the year. I can feel it! And i don;t want just any other guy. Hehe anyway, this is not a bitter post about love. I have a nice anecdote about this trip. Read on.
So anyway after Sonya's, we rode the jeep to the Magallanes Square where all the restos and cafes are. After coffee, it was time to go back to Manila. At 9 pm. Virtually no bus, no nothing! We don't want to ride the jeep as it was too scary!
We kinda likened the situation to finding a guy. We were waiting for the ideal ride (Bus) but it seemed na jeeps lang ang meron sa lugar na yun and a lot of them! Choosy pa ba kami eh we need to go home na?
In fairness to the three of us, we didn't settle for the jeeps. We waited and waited. Until the right and unexpected kind of ride led us home. =)
And no it wasn't a bus.
It was a private van ala FX taxi with scheduled rides from Tagaytay to Dasmarinas, Cavite.
See? it wasn't even an option. But it took us home. And it was way better than the bus or the jeep.
We didn't think it was the right choice until it was presented to us. We weren't waiting for it until it arrived. That's the beauty of the unexpected!
